Muge Cody is a defense industry executive who serves as Vice President for Growth in homeland and force protection solutions. She oversees the business development lifecycle with the Department of Homeland Security and its operational components, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Defense, and highly regulated industry.
With more than 26 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and program management, Cody has built a career on identifying emerging requirements and delivering smarter technology solutions for customers. Her expertise spans C5ISR systems, radar modernization, avionics engineering, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies including generative AI and cloud data engineering.
Cody earned her Master of Science in Engineering Management from George Washington University and her Bachelor of Science in Avionics Engineering from Anadolu University's Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics. She holds an Executive Management certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, completed the Enterprise Leadership executive program at the University of North Carolina, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Active in Women in Defense, Cody was recognized in 2011 with a Horizon Industry Award in Supply Chain Development from the organization's Michigan Chapter.
